Commercial Floor Technician
ServiceMaster by Request is seeking a part-time floor technician and cleaner starting at $14.00 per hour. The workdays are M-F, evening hours. Flexibility is required as the responsibilities could be changed daily. Must be willing to travel to multiple counties using a company vehicle. Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record.

Job duties include, but not limited to sweeping, mopping, polishing, vacuuming, shampoo carpets, stripping, waxing, buffing. moving furniture, disinfect floors with sanitizer, spot cleaning, cleaning of elevators and stairs, trash removal, cleaning restrooms, and kitchen areas, dusting, wiping walls, and baseboards.
Experience is a plus, but not required, as we provide on the job training. Applicants MUST be able to pass a nationwide criminal background check. You must have a valid PA Driver's License and a clean motor vehicle record. Service Master strives for excellence, as customer satisfaction is our top priority.
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 75 pounds.
- Perform all cleaning and maintenance duties for facilities using ServiceMaster provided tools and procedures.
- Ability to operate various floor equipment and machinery.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Use proper PPE and safety equipment as required.
- Open and lock facilities, enable and disable security system as required.
- The ability to be flexible, work at a fast-paced and in a multi-tasked job is a must.
- Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time.
- Has respect and understanding for co-workers and customers.
