We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Specialty Services Cleaning Technician to join our team. This position involves a combination of independent residential cleaning and team-based commercial cleaning, along with a variety of specialty cleaning services.
Approximately half of the role will consist of independently completing residential cleaning assignments, while the other half will involve working alongside a team on commercial cleaning projects.
Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required, as on-the-job training will be provided.
Schedule and Pay
- Monday - Friday, 12pm - 9pm
- Overtime opportunities on Weekends
- $18-24 per hour depending on experience
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Performing residential cleaning services independently
- Completing commercial cleaning projects as part of a team
- Carpet steam cleaning
- Residential and commercial air duct cleaning
- Move-out cleaning
- Floor stripping and waxing
- Assisting with additional specialty cleaning services and projects as needed
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Dependable, punctual, and hardworking
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new cleaning techniques and specialized services
- Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required
