We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations including scheduling, training, and cleaning. This role combines hands-on supervisory responsibilities with hands on training and cleaning, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a supervisory and operational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule & supervise janitorial staff across multiple job sites to ensure consistent and high-quality service.
- Train, schedule, and evaluate team members to maintain performance standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of job sites and address any issues or deficiencies promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a supervisory role preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
