What are the responsibilities and job description for the CLEANING TECHNICIAN RETAIL SETTING position at ServiceMaster Clean?
Responsible for maintaining clean, sanitary and safe facility by performing routine and detailed cleaning tasks in commercial buildings, offices, warehouses, restrooms and other assigned areas.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- General Cleaning: sweep, mop, vacuum and dust floors, furniture, workstations, and other surfaces
- Restroom Sanitation: clean and disinfect toilets sinks, mirrors, partitions, and restroom floors
- Trash Removal: empty waste containers, replace trash liners and dispose of garbage properly
- Disinfection: clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces, including door handles, light switches, railings, and shared equipment
- Task Completion: Follow assigned cleaning schedules, check lists, and established procedures
