$35,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of floor care and custodial staff
- Ensure that all assigned areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards
- Train new employees on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- Inspect work performed by staff to ensure quality and adherence to cleaning standards
- Schedule and assign tasks to staff members based on workload and priorities
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and order replacements as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules and special projects
- Address customer inquiries or concerns regarding cleaning services

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning, floor care, or custodial services preferred
- Knowledge of different floor types, cleaning techniques, and equipment (e.g., buffing machines, carpet cleaners)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff members and customers
- Basic computer skills for record keeping and scheduling purposes
