Your Role: Restoration Technician
As a Restoration Technician, you’ll dive into hands-on work that demands skill, focus, and accountability. Your responsibilities include:
- Executing water, fire, and mold restoration projects with precision, following ServiceMaster’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Using hand and power tools to perform demolition, repairs, and restoration tasks.
- Completing daily project paperwork accurately and on time.
- Safeguarding customers’ property with care and professionalism.
- Training and mentoring others as you grow into leadership roles.
- Managing assignments efficiently to meet deadlines and budgets.
This role is physically demanding, requiring frequent lifting of 50 lbs. and the ability to work in challenging environments. You’ll need to stay sharp, move fast, and deliver results.

Applicant Requirements
- 21 years or older.
- Valid Maryland driver’s license (clean record).
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs. frequently.
- Commitment to learning and following ServiceMaster’s processes and procedures.
Applicant Pluses
We’re especially interested if you bring:
- Valid EPA Lead Certified Renovator license.
- Experience identifying site hazards (e.g., asbestos, lead paint, mold).
- IICRC certifications (e.g., water damage restoration, smoke and fire, odor control).
- Knowledge of restoration industry best practices (e.g., IICRC S-500 & S520).
