If you like variety, responsibility, and taking ownership of outcomes, this role offers room to do meaningful work and build something real.What You’ll Be Responsible ForManaging pack-outs and contents care, including inventory, handling, storage, cleaning, and returnLeading restoration and specialty cleaning, both structural and contents-basedCoordinating crews, subcontractors, schedules, and documentationDriving quality, organization, and communication on active projectsBuilding client confidence through calm, capable leadership during difficult situationsSetting the tone for teams to stay motivated, learn, and grow while delivering consistent resultsThis is a project management and leadership role, not a technician position. The work happens in the field, but success comes from direction, decision-making, communication, and follow-through — not from doing production labor yourself.The work is fast-paced and rarely repetitive. Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
