ServiceMaster by Singer is looking for skilled and reliable interior construction subcontractors for residential restoration and repair projects in the Baltimore, Maryland area.
Most of the work is residential interior repair and restoration, with some light commercial work available as needed. We are looking for professional subcontractors, small crews, and trade specialists who take pride in quality work, communicate well, and know how to work respectfully in homes and occupied properties. Work May Include
Typical project assignments may include:
- Drywall hanging and finishing
- Taping, mudding, sanding, and drywall repairs

- Other interior repair tasks based on approved scope of work
