Your Mission: Command the Job Site
Lead & Execute: Direct 2–6 techs while swinging the hammer—demo drywall, pull flooring, cap plumbing, extract water, haul debris.
Lock Down Safety: Run daily huddles, enforce PPE, zero shortcuts.
Shield the Space: Build containment, protect belongings, leave it cleaner than you found it.
Win the Client: Calm voice, sharp look, total pro—even at 2 a.m.
Document Like a Pro: Snap pics, drop notes, update PMs via Restore365/MICA.
Physical Reality: Lift 75 lbs. Work in wet, dusty, tight, or scorched conditions. Respirator = second skin.
