Fire and Water Restoration Technician

ServiceMaster by Isler specializes in the cleaning, restoration, and reconstruction of properties damaged by water, fire, storms, or mold. ServiceMaster by Isler has been family owned for over 50 years. We are currently seeking a highly motivated fire/water restoration technician for our fast growing business. Job Summary:

Water Restoration

• Clean up of homes and business damaged from water.
• Water Extraction
• Demolition
• Proper setup and take down of drying equipment
• Monitor drying conditions in atmosphere and building materials
• Daily communications with homeowners, office staff, managers, etc.

Fire Restoration

• Handling and cleaning of homeowners contents after a fire or smoke damage.
• Cleaning the structure of homes or businesses from smoke or fire damage.
• Packing of customers contents to be taken to be cleaned and stored.

Qualifications:

• Have excellent customer service skills
• Be ready, willing and able to work and be available for overtime when needed.
• Be able to work unsupervised.
• Have a great attitude, be trust worthy, be dependable, and have a pleasant personality.
• Willingness to undergo a background check, driving record check, and regular employee drug screenings.
• Have a valid drivers license.
• Previous experience in professional cleaning, restoration or construction is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
