ServiceMaster by Crossroads Restoration Services is currently expanding our team by adding a Shop Supervisor
The Shop Supervisor position includes but is not limited to:
-Maintaining fleet of 60 vehicles and 10 trailers across 3 locations (Indianapolis, Fort Wayne and Lafayette): light maintenance (Oil Change and Brakes, etc), taking some vehicles to repair shop when out of scope) including maintenance log on each vehicle
-Maintaining air movers and dehumidifiers (Changing motors, diagnosing electrical problems, changing outlets and plugs, taking some equipment for repair when out of scope) Delivering and picking up equipment between 3 locations.
-Organizing shop and ordering supplies and repair parts when necessary
-Routine exercise of truck mount extraction units, portable extraction units, heaters, pumps, and pressure washers
-Helping contents department with manipulation of contents
-Delivery of equipment and trailers to job sites
-Other types of jobs as deemed necessary from start to finish.
It is the responsibility of the Shop Supervisor to come to work each day in a neat, clean, upbeat, enjoyable, and presentable fashion that best represents CRS. The Shop Supervisor will report directly to the Operations Manager.
Candidate must:
Have the ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
Have a valid US drivers license
Have the ability to drive a large box truck and pull a 34' trailer
Pay will coincide with experience.
