Lead Restoration Technician

ServiceMaster by Crossroads Restoration Services is currently expanding our Lafayette team by adding additional Restoration Technicians. It is preferred for applicants to have a minimum of 1 year of insurance restoration related experience, strong candidates for Lead Technician roles will also hold at least one IICRC certification.

Responsibilities of the Restoration Technician:

• Perform all aspects of Water, Fire, Mold, Sewage, Board-Up and Cleaning jobs
• Lead others and provide direction to general laborers
• Show up on time in a neat and clean manner that best represents Crossroads
• Communicate with staff and customers in a professional manner

Qualifications of the Restoration Technician :

• Valid drivers license
• Ability to pass Criminal Back Ground Check
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation
• Restoration experience or similar field work (Required)
• IICRC Certified (preferred)
• Experience with Matterport, Xactanalysis, QVR is a bonus!
