Responsibilities Are DUAL ROLE As Janitor And Team Leader
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, scrub restrooms, dust furniture, and empty trash cans daily
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and break areas, ensuring they are well-stocked with supplies.
- Adhere to all safety, security, and quality standards established by the company and regulatory authorities
- Report to supervisor any repairs or problems
- Use proper PPE where required.
- Lead the team and overseeing and coordinating their cleaning.
- Enforcing safety rules and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in janitorial services and 1 year in lead role
- Driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite
- Must be able to pass background and drug screening
- Experience with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment
- Excellent stamina and physical health
- Must be a hard worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic
Salary : $10 - $14
