About the Role
- Own product portfolio prioritization, investment decisions, and business case development.
- Drive innovation through Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation.
- Partner with business leaders to reimagine mortgage workflows using AI-powered solutions.
- Lead the development of intelligent products that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, compliance, and risk management.
- Establish best practices for AI product discovery, experimentation, roadmap planning, and execution.
- Create a culture of customer-centric innovation, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure alignment between product strategy and business objectives.
- Leverage AI and automation to solve complex problems, unlock efficiencies, and create new value streams.
- Define and track success metrics, ensuring products deliver measurable outcomes and scale effectively
- Drive product adoption, customer engagement, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
- Present business cases, product strategies, and investment recommendations to executive leadership.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to establish go-to-market strategies and commercialization plans.
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
- 15 years of product management experience with progressively increasing leadership responsibilities.
- 7 years leading and developing product management teams.
- 5 years of experience delivering AI, Machine Learning, Automation, or Generative AI products into production.
- Proven experience defining product vision and executing enterprise-scale product roadmaps.
- Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Executive Leadership teams.
- Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated success delivering measurable business results through product innovation.
