We are seeking an Installation Supervisor to oversee quality assurance and field operations for our HVAC installations and service projects. This role ensures that all fieldwork meets company standards, complies with codes, and exceeds customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee quality assurance and field operations for HVAC installations and service projects.
- Ensure that all fieldwork meets company standards, complies with codes, and exceeds customer expectations.
- Manage a team of field technicians and crews to ensure high performance and workmanship.
Requirements:
- 5 years of hands-on HVAC field experience, including installation and service.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical codes, and safety practices.
- EPA Certification and relevant trade licenses required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Work Conditions:
- Occasionally required to lift/move objects up to 75 lbs.
- Work may take place in residential properties, including crawl spaces, attics, and basements.
- Occasional need to ascend/descend ladders and maintain balance.
