**Job Title: Installation Technician – Commercial Vehicle Upfit Solutions**
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an enthusiastic Installation Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and configuring commercial vehicle upfit solutions, ensuring that modifications meet customer requirements, safety standards, and company quality expectations. The ideal candidate will have a great attitude, and the ability to work efficiently and independently. No experience needed!
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Install, modify, and retrofit various commercial vehicle components, including shelving, ladder racks, and partition systems.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and installation manuals to ensure accurate installation of upfit solutions.
- Ensure all installations comply with safety regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and company standards.
- Test installed equipment and systems for proper operation, adjusting as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company safety protocols.
- Complete all required paperwork, including installation checklists, timesheets, and job reports.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues with previously installed equipment as needed.
**Qualifications:**
- A great attitude and willingness to learn!
- Ability to work with hand tools and power tools.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and proper handling of tools and equipment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
