Regional Sales Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
- Weekly travel required, working w/ reps, running open territories
- Increase volume of region by working closely with sales reps
- Hiring and training of reps in assigned region
- Transmit daily sales reports
- Communicate regularly with customers and reps on new products or service offerings, service issues and complaints. Resolve issues within company guidelines.
- Other duties may be assigned
Regional Sales Manager Requirements:
- Strong sales background a must, some management experience preferred, but not necessary
- Looking for good salesperson who is ready to take the next step in their career
- Travel and Transportation required

Salary Range $60,000-$80,000
Top Producers at Service Tool earn over $100,000 per year.

Job description
Regional Sales Manager must be performance driven toward the company goal of exceeding daily and weekly sales plan objectives. Must also maintain high personal and moral standards that uphold the Service Tool Co. vision of "Winning By Being The Best At Satisfying America's Impulse Appetite." Overall, you are expected to sell and service a variety of established and potential customers within a given geography by selling Service Tool Co. products, merchandising displays according to provided plan-o-grams, and providing consistent and dependable service as scheduled.
