Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manufacturing Supervisor based in Laurinburg, NC. The Manufacturing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production goals are met efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities include managing and guiding production teams, planning and coordinating production schedules, implementing safety protocols, monitoring quality control processes, and maintaining effective communication across departments. The role requires strong leadership capabilities to drive productivity and continuous improvement.
