• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems, including walk-in coolers, reach-in units, ice machines, rooftop units, boilers, and chillers.

• Diagnose complex system issues and perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs.

• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.

• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate technical information clearly.

• Maintain accurate service records, time logs, and documentation.

• Serve as a mentor to junior technicians and uphold a leadership presence in the field.

• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and industry standards.

• Travel to job sites across the Chicagoland area with a company vehicle.

• 8 years of hands-on HVAC and refrigeration experience preferred.

• Strong background in commercial HVAC systems (rooftop units, chillers, boilers).

• EPA Universal Certification (Required).

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Valid drivers license with a clean record.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive work ethic.

• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and work in varied conditions.

• Capable of working independently and setting a professional example for others.
