What You’ll Do
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems—walk-in coolers, reach-in units, ice machines, rooftop units, boilers, chillers, and more.
- Diagnose complex issues and perform advanced troubleshooting.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections to keep systems running smoothly.
- Deliver top-notch customer service and explain technical details clearly.
- Keep accurate service records and documentation.
- Mentor junior technicians and set the standard for excellence.
- Ensure safety compliance and uphold industry best practices.
- Travel across Chicagoland with a company-provided vehicle.
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of hands-on commercial HVAC and refrigeration experience.
- Strong background in commercial systems (rooftop units, chillers, boilers).
- EPA Universal Certification (required).
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently.
- Physical ability to handle equipment and work in varied conditions.
