Our team services thousands of customers per year with a variety of services (industrial cleaning, kitchen exhaust cleaning, air duct cleaning and more). This role requires you to be detail orientated, organized, a strong communicater, and focused.
Pay: $50,000 - $70,000 Annual Salary

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday (8:00 am – 4:30 pm)

Qualifications
- Office Experience: 3-5 years (Preferred)
- US work authorization (Required)
Duties
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access
- Data entry - QuickBooks and Third-Party Applications
- Record-keeping and file maintenance
- Assist with payroll processing – entering timesheets
- Typing bids for salesmen
- Invoicing and overseeing accounts receivable
- Directing communications between colleagues and customers
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management
The Office Manager will partner with the current leadership team: Salespeople, Operations Coordinator, HR & Operations Generalist, and President to provide a high-performance culture that emphasizes, quality and productivity.
