About Us
We're a locally owned and operated property restoration company serving the greater Spokane/CDA area. We handle residential and commercial restoration for fire, water, smoke, mold, and biohazard damage. We're a tight-knit team that takes pride in showing up for clients when they need it most.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced Project Coordinator who knows the restoration industry and can hit the ground running. You'll be the person keeping jobs on time, on budget, and running smoothly from start to finish.
What You'll Do
- Plan, schedule, and monitor active restoration projects (fire, water, smoke, mold, biohazard)
- Build and manage estimates using Xactimate
- Keep projects on time and within budget
- Communicate clearly with clients, crews, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors
- Handle challenging client situations with professionalism and calm
- Document and track production data in both hardcopy and software systems
- Follow company systems and protocols consistently on every job
- You'll be relentless is keeping jobs moving in the right direction with speed, efficiency and ensuring that the customer knows what's going on every step of the way.
What You Need
- 2 years of hands-on restoration industry experience (required)
- Xactimate proficiency — you can open it and get to work on day one (required)
- Clean DMV record
- Must pass a thorough background check and drug screen
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- The communication skills to manage clients in high-stress situations
- IICRC certification is a plus — tell us what certifications you hold

Schedule & Location
- Monday–Friday, 8am–2:30pm (Part Time with potential for full time later on)
- After hours and Weekends as needed
Pay & Benefits
- $24.74 – $30.07/hr based on experience (hourly, not salary)
