What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Entry Clerk position at Service Steel?
Long established company in the Metals Distribution and Fabricating Industry has an immediate opening for an experienced data entry/customer service professional for our Farmington, NY location. Duties may include the following: quoting, order entry, job entry, job closing and scheduling. Excellent communication skills a must.
The ideal candidate will have the following;
1 years experience in customer service with an industrial oriented firm. Work experience in the Metals industry is a definite plus!
Strong basic math skills
Strong communication skills,
Candidates should be versed in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Outlook.
Experience in company computer system, ERP platforms desired. Experience in the Epicor ERP of particular interest.
Associates Degree or better. Or commensurate work experience,'
