Role Overview
The Install Coordinator supports the Residential Sales Department by organizing installation processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Process job information and ensure completion of required documentation.
- Register new equipment, submit rebates, and verify full payment (including financing).
- Prepare job costing paperwork.
- Maintain permit lists and track monthly sales numbers.
- Schedule sales leads and answer customer inquiries about installations.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of office experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
