As an Office Administrator at Service Sanitation, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. This position requires a versatile professional capable of managing a wide range of administrative tasks that support both our internal teams and customer service functions.
To thrive in this role, you must be a confident team player with a proactive mindset. You should be capable of managing multiple projects independently, while prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner as the front desk receptionist
- Manage citations and fines from local municipalities
- Maintain employee uniform records and distribute uniforms to new hires
- Oversee the upkeep and organization of office facilities, including breakrooms and storage areas
- Manage office equipment and maintain adequate inventory of supplies
- Liaise with facilities management for cleaning, maintenance, and supply needs
- Organize and coordinate company events such as team lunches and holiday parties
- Process customer documentation requests, including W-9s, Letters of Intent, and exception requests
- Efficiently handle customer correspondence related to service orders, renewals, and confirmations
- Facilitate the distribution and sending of mail in a timely and organized manner
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Provide support to leadership by coordinating and executing a range of projects and tasks
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on active listening
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated multitasking skills and adaptability to changing priorities
The pay range for this role is:
18 - 20 USD per hour(Gary, IN)
