What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher position at Service Recycling?
Employment Advantages:
- Hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Day shifts only!
- Paid weekly.

Duties:
- Coordinate and schedule transportation activities for shipments, including inbound and outbound loads.
– Utilize transportation management systems and ELDs, such as Fleet Complete and Big Road.
- Communicate with drivers, and customers to ensure timely delivery and pick ups.
- Handle data entry tasks (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word, Ect.)
- Collaborate with warehouse personnel to ensure efficient loading and unloading of trailers.
- Assist with fleet management tasks, including maintenance scheduling and driver assignments.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a dispatching role preferred.
- Knowledge of maps & four-state area a plus.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using phone systems for handling incoming calls.
-Proficiency in using Outlook for handling emails.
The ability to speak Spanish and English fluently is always needed and a plus.
