Position Description:
We are looking to hire experienced journeyman service plumbers or apprentice service plumbers who have enough experience to operate a van by themselves. Once the 2-4 week ride along training is completed, you will be expected to be able to operate a service van by yourself with assistance from a Lead TECH as needed. The service technician will have to be able to diagnose, give options to customers, repair plumbing issues, collect payment, and be responsible for managing your own time and projects. We offer a great compensation plan with hourly pay as well as a profit sharing structure. your performance will determine the amount of income that you receive, the better you perform the more money you can earn!!!
Qualifications:
- 2 years or more of service plumbing experience is required
- journeyman plumbing card is preferred
- A valid driver's license with a safe driving record is required
- Must pass skills test and background check
- customer service focused
- keep your vehicle and appearance service professional at all times
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
Saturdays-rotation schedule
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
