We’re hiring a Retail Sales Associate to represent our HVAC brand inside major retail stores across the PNW. This is a high-impact role where your personality and drive directly translate into success—with $100,000 commission potential for top producers.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage customers at kiosks or in-store aisles
- Introduce HVAC services and communicate key benefits
- Set service appointments with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain a positive, high-energy presence in retail environments
- Record and report appointment details consistently through apps
What We’re Looking For
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing, enthusiastic, and confident in public settings
- Comfortable initiating conversations with strangers
- Available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday required)
- Must adhere to a strict zero-tolerance drug policy including THC
