As a Machine Operator, responsible for the daily production of MBI (Metal Building Insulation) products. If you have manufacturing experience, are reliable, a team player and desire to work safely in a fast-paced environment, then we want you to APPLY NOW!

Physical Requirements
Able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted to load and unload various products. Ability to stand for up to 12 hours to perform job related tasks.
Climb, stoop, kneel, crawl to perform daily work and ladder climbing, as needed.

Job Description
Your Responsibilities
As a Machine Operator, responsible for the daily production of MBI (Metal Building Insulation) products. If you have manufacturing experience, are reliable, a team player and desire to work safely in a fast-paced environment, then we want you to APPLY NOW!
- Safely and efficiently operate appropriate equipment.
- Accurately measure material for efficiency.
- Maintain quality and housekeeping.
- Ensure production levels are meet daily.
- Comply with all safety requirements.
- Perform other fabrication duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- If operating a Company Vehicle, a valid driver’s license will be required.
- Experience and/or training in a manufacturing/fabrication/warehouse environment (preferred).
- Safe and efficient operation of the lamination machine.
- Accountable for ensuring correct materials are used and proper recording of waste.
- Monitors the quality of insulation product as it runs through the machine and makes adjustments and corrections as necessary.
- Partners with team of Laminators to ensure production levels are met.
- Basic computer skills (preferred).
- High school diploma or GED required.
