Job Summary
This position leads and trains Tellers and Member Service Specialists to provide members with timely, courteous and professional paying and receiving services in person and over the telephone. The Senior Member Service Specialist (SMSS) promotes and demonstrates the sales and referral process, balances daily transactions and performs various branch operational duties. This position requires cross-training within the department on all systems and equipment and a thorough knowledge of all the Credit Union's deposit and loan product, services and programs. The SMSS supports the Lender Relationship Specialist in opening deposit accounts and closing simple loans as needed. The SMSS provides the highest level of quality service to every member and associate. Supports and promotes the Credit Union's Vision, Mission and Core Values.
