About the Position
We're looking for a detail-oriented Member Solutions Specialist to support a variety of transactional, card services, and risk-management functions. In this role, you'll help ensure accurate processing of member transactions, support debit/credit card operations, assist with the Premium Overdraft Program (POP), and provide excellent service to members and internal teams.
What You'll Do

Process daily ACH, RDC, A2A, and share draft files, including exceptions and adjustments

Support debit and credit card platforms, troubleshoot card issues, and help prevent fraud

Review new accounts, overdrawn accounts, and risk-related activity

Assist with wire transfers, levies, garnishments, and regulatory compliance tasks

Research and resolve account errors while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy
What We're Looking For

Associate degree or equivalent experience

3 years of related experience (financial institution, teller, or card services strongly preferred)

Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial systems
