We are currently under new management and are aggressively expanding our footprint across Louisiana. We are looking for driven, entrepreneurial Outside Sales Representatives to take ownership of open territories in the Northern part of the state.
The Opportunity: This is an independent contractor (1099), 100% commission-based role designed for highly motivated "hunters" who want uncapped earning potential. You are not just an employee; you are a Territory Manager building a book of business backed by a 35-year-old established brand and a massive product catalog.
What You Will Do:
Prospect & Hunt: Actively canvass your assigned parish/territory to identify new business opportunities across school districts, local government offices, and private businesses.
Consultative Selling: Meet with decision-makers (principals, office managers, facility directors) to understand their operational needs and present tailored product solutions.
Account Management: Build long-term relationships with your clients, becoming their go-to vendor for everything from daily office supplies to major furniture installations.
Drive Revenue: Manage your own pipeline, close deals, and continuously grow your territory's footprint.

Who We Are Looking For:
Proven experience in B2B outside sales, territory management, or route sales (experience in educational/office supply sales is a massive plus).

Self-motivated and highly organized; you don't need to be micromanaged to hit the road and make things happen.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel throughout your territory.
