Commission vs Draw | Remote | $150K–$250K OTE
We’re hiring a motivated, self-starting B2B Sales Professional to sell a proven coaching program SaaS platform to home service business owners across the U.S.
Our clients are primarily in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, though our system works across most home service industries.
This role is ideal for someone who can make calls, build relationships, give tours, and close, or who is willing to work closely with an outbound caller to qualify and convert opportunities.
We believe in transparency. Here’s what a realistic ramp looks like:
Days 1–30- Training pay: ~$3,200
- Focus on onboarding, product mastery, scripts, and process
- Shadowing tours and calls
- No pressure to close immediately
- Transition to commission vs draw
- Expected earnings: ~$10,000
- Actively giving tours and closing deals
- Pipeline building becomes consistent
- Fully ramped
- Expected earnings: $15,000–$20,000
- Steady deal flow and follow-up
- Strong reps begin accelerating beyond this range
- $150,000–$250,000 annual earning potential
- No commission cap
- Product price range: $24,797 – $35,797
- Goal: 10 qualified leads per week
- Target close rate: ~35%
- Combination of inbound opportunities and outbound efforts
- CRM, training, and sales tools provided
