Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator with 3-5 years of experience to oversee our accounts payable processes. The ideal candidate will excel in vendor management, have experience with paperless payables, and be proficient in accounting software, especially Sage Intacct. You will be responsible for managing invoice processing, ensuring timely payments, and supporting our transition to a paperless system. Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice Processing: Accurately review and process invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Vendor Relations: Maintain positive vendor relationships and resolve any issues or inquiries efficiently.
• Payment Management: Prepare and execute various payment methods, including checks and electronic payments.
• Record Keeping: Keep organized records of all accounts payable transactions, including invoices and payments.
• Reconciliation: Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Paperless Payables: Support and maintain paperless payables systems, including electronic invoicing.
• System Utilization: Use accounting software (e.g., Sage Intacct) for processing invoices and generating financial reports.
• Reporting: Assist with financial reporting and analysis related to accounts payable.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of accounts payable experience or related financial role.
• Strong vendor management skills and experience in maintaining effective vendor relationships.
• Experience with paperless payables systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with Sage Intacct or similar accounting software is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Effective organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Education:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred; equivalent work experience is acceptable.
