Custodian/Janitor - Floater | Part Time | Bartlett Area, TN | Job # 1800

We are looking for reliable and flexible Custodian/Janitor Floaters to provide coverage at customer locations throughout the Bartlett area.

Unlike a position assigned to one permanent location or shift, floaters work where coverage is needed. Your assigned customer location and work shift may vary based on daily staffing and operational needs. This position is a good fit for someone who is dependable, flexible, and comfortable working independently in different environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain floors, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Sanitize and restock restrooms
• Clean spills safely and appropriately
• Empty trash and maintain cleanliness in designated areas
• Restock and organize cleaning supplies
• Follow cleaning procedures and safely use cleaning chemicals as instructed
• Work independently and complete assigned tasks efficiently
• Report to assigned customer locations throughout the Bartlett area as needed
• Provide coverage based on daily staffing and operational needs
