Job Title: In-House Recruiter (Bilingual – English/Spanish)
Location: Carol Stream
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

We are a fast-growing commercial cleaning company dedicated to providing reliable, high-quality janitorial services. We're looking for a motivated and confident In-House Recruiter to join our team and help us find great talent for our janitorial positions.
Position Overview:
As an In-House Recruiter, you'll be the first point of contact for potential hires and play a key role in growing our workforce. This is a phone-heavy position, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable speaking with people all day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions
- Post job ads and manage applicant flow
- Conduct phone interviews and follow up with candidates
- Coordinate onboarding and communicate hiring needs with management
- Maintain accurate records of applicants and hiring status
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong communication skills and phone presence
- Confident, calm, and professional demeanor—even when handling tough conversations
- Previous recruiting, call center, or customer service experience is a plus
- Must be detail-oriented and able to manage time efficiently
