· Proactively perform preventive maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel.
· Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
· Respond promptly to maintenance requests and guest needs.
· Assist in maintaining safe, clean, and well-functioning property.
