Summary: Keeps premises of commercial and institutional buildings in clean and orderly
condition by performing the following duties.

- Assist Facility Manger with scheduling
- Assist with administrative duties
- Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas.
- Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
- Lifting chairs and place them over tables (approx. chair weight: 20-25 lbs.) Moving chemicals (5 gal buckets
- - approx. weight 40 lbs.)
- Moving tables (approx. weight 40 lbs.)
- Operates different types of equipment (i.e. burnishers, scrubbers, pressure washer)
- Uses ManLift or ScissorLift Machine
- Washes windows, door panels, and sills

Prior experience in janitorial housekeeping preferred
