What are the responsibilities and job description for the Work Order Manager/Service Response Administrator position at SERVICE MANAGEMENT GROUP LLC?
Schedule: Monday-Friday 5:00pm-10:00pm
The company is seeking for an eager and enthusiastic candidate to work in the janitorial field as the Service Response Administrator with main responsibilities listed below:
- Maintenance and Work order Coordination.
- Schedule and preventive maintenance.
- Assist in coordinating repairs, installations, and renovations.
- Track maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities.
- Help tract expenditures.
- Prepare reports for the Director of Facilities Maintenance on facility conditions and work progress.
- Communicate with vendors and service providers to arrange maintenance work.
- Help manage day-to-day operations of the operations of the facility.
- Coordinate with other departments to minimize disruption during maintenance.
- Identify areas for improvement or upgrades and report them to the manager.
Requirements:
- Solid communication skills.
- Bilingual/English-Spanish preferred.
- Computer skills (Microsoft Word/Excel software).
- Must have experience on all aspects of the cleaning business (stripping & waxing, carpet care, regular cleaning duties) manage large cleaning equipment.
