- Coordinate dispatching of resources using systems such as Service Titan
- Utilize GPS and GIS tools to track vehicle locations, optimize routes, and improve efficiency.
- Communicate effectively via multi-line phone systems, maintaining professional phone etiquette with customers, drivers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Enter data accurately into Service Titan.
- Help strategize the day
Requirements
- Proven experience with Service Titan
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data related to revenue, fleet utilization, and logistics performance.
- Familiarity with GPS software.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette for coordinating dispatch activities.
- Proficiency in data entry
- Ability to multitask effectively within multi-line phone systems while maintaining attention to detail.
