The Big Task
You will be the first impression and the closer on every inbound and outbound call. Your job is to convert calls into booked service appointments while delivering the premium Service Lion experience: calm, confident, educated, and authoritative.
Key Responsibilities
- Master and deliver our proven call script with warmth, professionalism, and sales skill so every homeowner feels they called the right place.
- Book high-value appointments for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and drain cleaning.
- Sell our Service Lion Protection Plan (membership) on every qualifying call.
- Collect complete, accurate customer information and update ServiceTitan in real time.
- Work closely with dispatch and management to ensure smooth handoffs and 5-star experiences.
- Continuously improve your close rate, membership attachment, and customer satisfaction scores.
