We are looking for a strong leader who has an excellent track record of coaching and developing a winning team. The success of your team rests on you and your ability to lead and implement customer-focused initiatives. Your hands-on approach will include regular ride-alongs with your team members while collaborating with your team members to continuously improve route effectiveness and efficiency.
We are interested in candidates with at least 5 years of route sales including supervision and management in related industries including strong account management skills with demonstrated success in managing customer retention programs. Candidates must possess a sense of urgency with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems swiftly and proactively. We are looking for candidates with the highest standards of quality and safety.

We are currently seeking a Regional Service Manager to lead our team of Route Managers.
