About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Individual Service Coordinator (ISC) to join our team. As an ISC, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of 50 individuals with developmental disabilities, providing advocacy support and education, and coordinating home and community visits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a Related Field: Required.
- Minimum One Year of Experience Working with Individuals with Developmental Disabilities: Required.
- Eligibility for QIDP Status: Required. Service Inc provides QIDP certification training.
