Duties

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of apartments, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces to ensure a spotless environment
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing residents’ linens and clothing with care and efficiency (Only residential)
• Maintain floor care by sweeping and scrubbing to preserve flooring quality and appearance
• Manage heavy lifting tasks safely when moving furniture or appliances during cleaning or maintenance activities (Only Commercial)
• Follow sanitation protocols rigorously to ensure all areas meet health standards and prevent the spread of germs
• Assist with housekeeping management by coordinating schedules, prioritizing tasks efficiently, and ensuring timely completion of all cleaning duties

Skills

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and equipment use
• Skilled in floor care methods such as carpet cleaning. (Carpet Cleaner provided)
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a hygienic environment
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and complete assignments within designated timeframes
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate professionally with residents and team members
• Experience with laundry processes and custodial responsibilities in residential or commercial settings is highly desirable
