Established 55 year, Frederick Based, Commercial Glass Contractor seeking full time, local, career minded, driven, dependable individuals for shop and field to train in our industry.
Starting annual compensation based on full attendance $50,000.00 per year.
New graduates not heading off to college encouraged to apply.

Hours of work are Monday thru Friday 5:30am to 4:00pm
Some days work will be performed in our warehouse in Frederick, MD and some days will be at a jobsite. Transportation to the jobsite will be provided and you will be paid for drive time.
Emphasis is put on our desire to hire long term career minded individuals. If you are looking for a basic job, then maybe retail would be a better choice for you. This job requires dedication and the commitment to be here every day learning our trade.
Experienced glaziers who can lead will make more than twice the pay mentioned here. As stated we will train but your effort to learn, and retain is needed on your end.

- Ability to read a tape measure
- Must have a current valid driver’s license. With a decent record.
- Must be able to pass pre-hire and random drug screenings
- Must be able to lift 50lbs unassisted
