Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pool Attendant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Monitor pool activities to ensure safety and compliance with facility rules.
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness of the pool area, including the deck, lounge chairs, and surrounding facilities.
- Handle food service operations, including taking orders and serving refreshments.
- Engage with children and families to enhance their experience at the pool.
- Provide information about resort amenities and activities to guests.
- Assist in organizing poolside events or activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or guest services is preferred.
- Strong public speaking skills to effectively communicate with guests in a friendly manner.
- Previous experience in hospitality or theater settings can be advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
