What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (furnaces, A/C, heat pumps, mini splits)
- Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups
- Clearly explain system issues and solutions to homeowners
- Recommend repairs or replacement options when appropriate
- Assist with installations as needed
- Accurately document work and findings
- Maintain a clean, professional presence in customers’ homes
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of residential HVAC experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- EPA Universal Certification
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bonus:
- NATE Certification (or willingness to obtain within 1 year)
- Experience with indoor air quality products
