Shipping & Logistics Specialist (12pm-9pm)

This position will be onsite at our Grand Rapids, MI location! The hours are Monday-Friday from 12pm-9pm EST. It will also require being part of on-call rotation, where you will work one weekend every 6 weeks.

What You'll Do: 

• Coordinate all shipments across multiple locations to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Work directly with carriers and third-party partners, including follow up on delays or rerouting changes
• Support international shipping by preparing required customs documentation
• Receive parts and materials into our Distribution Center
• Arrange freight, LTL pickups, deliveries, and relocations
• Handle HAZMAT materials in alignment with safety requirements and regulations
• Order supplies to ensure warehouse and operational readiness
• Process invoices and payments
• Provide shipping support to the Purchasing team during on-call hours
• Deliver exceptional service and support to our Field Engineers
• Collaborate with leaders and team members to implement improvements and new initiatives
• Partner with other departments to align logistics with broader company processes
