Duties:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on refrigeration systems, cooking equipment, including but not limited, air conditioning units, and other HVAC/R equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with refrigeration systems to identify the root cause of problems.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of refrigeration systems.
- Repair or replace faulty components, such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, and valves.
- Weld and braze refrigeration system components as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working with refrigeration systems.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in appliance repair, HVAC/R, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems and their components.
- Proficient in welding and equipment repair techniques.
- Familiarity with air conditioning systems and mechanical principles.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues with refrigeration systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and clients.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Prior experience in property maintenance is a plus.
