Service Express is also known for its expert installations and repair services. We are available 24/7 for emergency service for our customers.

Your role will include, but is not limited to:

- Taking a role as a lead technician capable of resolving customer’s equipment problems and providing excellent customer service.

- Ability to handle customer’s concerns.

- Keeping truck inventory stocked.

- Invoicing service calls using tablets and software.

- Staying organized and using your time efficiently.

- Being friendly and respectful when representing the company.

- Able to communicate with the customers, co-workers, and distributors.

Schedule:

• Typical work day is 7-9 hours
• Monday - Friday and occasional Saturdays
• On call rotation schedule
• Overtime
• Weekend availability
